Calculator data

All figures you enter into AcquireCalc tools are processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. We do not send entered financial figures to our servers. If you choose Save scenario in the deal calculator, its inputs and scenario name are saved in local storage on this device. Delete a saved scenario in the calculator or clear this site's browser storage to remove it. Other unsaved inputs are cleared when you leave the page.

Information we collect

We do not require accounts and do not collect names, email addresses, or financial information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and aggregate analytics.

Optional usage analytics

On the deal calculator, SBA calculator, SDE/EBITDA calculator and financing resources page, you can allow or decline Google Analytics. We load this analytics tag only after you allow it. It measures page visits and calculator interactions; our custom events do not include entered amounts, scenario names, email addresses or other form contents. Google receives technical request data and may store analytics cookies.

Your choice is stored on this device. Use Analytics choices in the footer of those pages to change it. Declining stops future analytics collection by this implementation; it does not delete data already received by Google or change separate advertising choices. See Google's privacy policy.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to display advertising, which keeps our tools free. Google and its partners use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
